Food

Meals that survive toddlers, from quick weeknights to the dinners that actually got eaten.

Feeding a toddler is a daily negotiation. The same meal that vanished yesterday gets pushed around the plate today. The trick, we found, is not better recipes. It is a system that does not require a separate dinner for the small person.

Our rule is one dinner for everyone. The recipes here are the ones that survived that rule: fast enough for a weeknight, mild enough for small taste buds, and good enough that the adults do not sneak a snack afterward.

No toddler cookbooks, no puree phases, no pressure. Just family dinners that worked in our kitchen.
